Dogs have strong instincts, and they can often find things that people can’t. Someone saved a little dog’s life by having their dog bark at their car in a video that went viral on TikTok.

A woman named Savannah says on TikTok that at 6 a.m., her puppy “wouldn’t stop whining” at her car.

The owners were worried, so they looked under the hood but didn’t find anything strange. Since the dog wouldn’t stop whining, they used a hose to spray it down.

That is, until they saw something come out of the car: a little kitten!

The stray cat was hiding in the car’s hood, and its owners probably wouldn’t have seen it if their dog hadn’t let them know.

The kitten was lucky to be with Savannah, who has a lot of experience taking care of animals. They always seem to show up in strange ways in her life.

She wrote on TikTok, “This is the third baby animal I’ve found in 35 days.” “This part feels like a joke.”

When she took the kitten in, the cat was “spicy” and hissed at her at first, but he soon warmed up to her. She didn’t keep the kitten for long, though. Her friend Cody offered to take the cat in.

Almost as if by fate, Savannah just lost her own cat a month ago. She sent the kitten to her new home with all the cat food and supplies she had left over. She wrote, “I’m glad I have someone to share those things with.”

“I hope your new home is great, and I’m glad you chose to hide in my car.”

Thanks for taking this kitten in and giving him a new home. He really should not have been found under that car’s hood! 😂
